Hey, wonderful soul!

I’m thrilled to welcome you!

My story

It wasn’t easy to start, but then again, nothing worth doing ever is…

I didn’t plan on creating a wellness blog. I was busy living life, playing a hundred roles: daughter, wife, mom, friend, writer, runner, homemaker, multitasker-in-chief. Like most women, I kept going until one day I felt something I couldn’t ignore anymore: exhaustion that didn’t go away with sleep.

That pause, the kind that doesn’t come from rest but from pure overwhelm, became my turning point. I realized I’d spent so long showing up for everyone else, I’d stopped checking in with the one person who needed me most: me.

I really believe that:

Wellness isn’t a destination. It’s a way of showing up for yourself every single day, even on the hard ones.

you, me, all of us

Where it all began:

She Knows Wellness began…

the day I understood that health isn’t just about what you eat or how much you move. It’s about how you feel in your mind, your heart, your body, and your life. It’s about peace, purpose, and letting go of things you can’t control, even if they’re people you love. Especially when they are.

Wellness, for me, is now life itself. It’s routines I follow religiously and sometimes intentionally break. It’s home-cooked meals, long walks, gym days, and also days off, tea chats with my husband, and guilt-free screens and sweets. It’s skincare I ignored for decades, and now I embrace with oils and rituals that feel like tiny acts of love.

I started late, around 40, but I believe women in their 20s and 30s need this space even more. A place to pause, breathe, and remind themselves they don’t have to do it all to be doing well. Progress over perfection: that’s been my biggest shift. (Yes, I’m a Virgo. And yes, the perfectionist in me still rolls her eyes sometimes.)

Beyond She Knows Wellness…

When I’m not working on She Knows Wellness, I run two other passion projects:

Less is More

You don’t have to do it all to be doing well.

Imperfection is Perfect

Progress feels better than perfection ever did.

Let Them Be

Let them. Just let them. Protect your peace.

Just a gentle reminder…

This space isn’t medical advice, it’s lived experience.
It’s the gentle voice I needed in my own loud, chaotic days.
And maybe, it’ll be that voice for you too.

Fun facts

get to know me better!

My fav music band

Honestly, I switch between soulful classics and light English acoustic. No fixed band, just whatever feels right with a cup of chai.

Favourite tv show

Friends is my all-time favourite. Schitt’s Creek makes me giggle-snort. Gilmore Girls is my cosy comfort. I also love Just Add Magic. And Young Sheldon. And while I usually go for light-hearted shows, Stranger Things is my one spooky exception.

I’d probably run a cute book café with warm lighting, herbal teas, and mismatched chairs.

Words. Long walks. Oils that smell like calm. My gym playlist. Fresh bedsheets. A good quote stuck on my fridge. And travel. Always travel. It keeps me curious, grounded, and wide awake to life.

I have more notebooks than I’ll ever need, but I still keep buying more, because one might just be the one.
